Achieving wellness and recovery is a life-long process. It’s about changing behaviors and choosing new ways to live your life.

There are many resources and services to help individuals and their loved ones achieve life-long health, wellness and recovery—including, online education about substance use and mental illness, information about transitional housing and day treatment for Adapt clients and resources to help young people and adults quit tobacco.
