Join an Internship

We aim to provide aspiring healthcare professionals with opportunities to flourish through thorough training, opportunities for professional growth, and real-world application experience.

Please note, we are not currently able to offer paid internship opportunities.

We offer:

  • Direct client service provision and observation under supervision.
  • Enhancement of clinical documentation skills.
  • A wealth of training options with free NAADAC continuing education units.
  • Priority consideration for entry-level job openings.

Steps to Join Us as an Intern:

  1. Review the Adapt Internship Handbook
  2. Complete an Internship Application
  3. Submit your application to our Director of Training & Staff Development.
  4. If a suitable placement is available, an interview will be scheduled with Lisa and/or potential placement supervisors.
  5. If confirmed, we will coordinate with you & your current education program (if applicable) to get schedules.
  6. Complete an Onboarding with our Human Resources team.
  7. Join the team!
