About Us

Health and recovery is a life-long journey. We’re here to help you along the way.

Increasing access to world-class care is our highest priority, and we take great pride in delivering the highest quality and most effective medical and behavioral health care in four Southern Oregon counties—Douglas, Josephine, Coos and Curry.

Since 1971, Adapt has adhered to the gold standard in the delivery of addictions and behavioral health treatment services. Over the years, we have worked to build a comprehensive and fully-integrated system of care to meet the needs of our community.
